1967
The birth in Italy
The Group was born with the name of Eurotranciatura S.p.A. in Baranzate (Milan), a company that manufactured and distributed blanked electrical steel laminations for electric motors and generators.
The expansion into Europe
The fusion of Eurotranciatura, Alcast and Corrada gave birth to the new EuroGroup Laminations, operating in various European countries.

The globalization
EuroGroup Laminations expanded its range of operations, becoming a global partner for all companies and industries worldwide.
The era of energy transition
The Group became a global market leader in the production of stators and rotors for electric vehicles. In the same year, Euro Group Asia Limited was established in Hong Kong, which subsequently acquired a part of Euro Misi Laminations Jiaxing Co. Ltd. With the increasing adoption of EVs, the Automotive segment registered incredible results.

Financial leadership
In July 2020, EuroGroup Laminations signed an agreement with Tikehau Capital, a pan-European asset manager and investment group. This was the first Italian transaction of the Energy Transition Fund, which has enabled the company to consolidate its international leadership in the EV sector.
